Lázaro V. Cremades Oliver

 Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences from the Universitat de les Illes Balears and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the ENSIGC (Institut National Politechnique de Toulouse, France) since 1987. After his doctorate in France, he returned to Spain and was hired as a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Engineering Projects at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Industrial de Barcelona (ETSEIB) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). Also, from 1988 to 1989, he worked as an engineer at IDOM, an important Spanish engineering company.

He is currently Full Professor of the Department of Project and Construction Engineering at ETSEIB-UPC, Director of the Sustainable Mobility Laboratory at ETSEIB since Jun. 2007 and head of the GIIP research group since March 2017. He is a member of the Spanish Association of Project Management and Engineering (AEIPRO).

He has been Director of PhD Programs in "Project Engineering: Environment, Safety, Quality and Communication" and in "Project and Systems Engineering" of the UPC since 2000 and 2009, respectively, until its extinction in 2017. Between 2005 and 2013 he held the position of Deputy Director of International Relations of ETSEIB, Socrates Coordinator and Academic Director UNITECH of the UPC.

His works, published in various articles in specialized journals, technical books and communications in congresses, are related to modelling, measurement and control of atmospheric pollution, sustainability in general and sustainable transport in particular.
