Specialist in public lighting systems and study of light pollution. Responsible for the working group of the Col-legi Oficial d'Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya.
Industrial engineer at the Generalitat de Catalunya, developing projects for the implementation of regulations, environmental management of artificial night lighting and evaluation of the environmental impact of public and private installations.
Editor, coordinator and responsible for master plans, energy audits and adaptation plans for light pollution, in municipal lighting, in towns of up to 200,000 inhabitants. Advisor, collaborator and editor of regulations and technical guides in Andalusia, Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and for the Spanish Lighting Committee. Study of large metropolitan areas and their repercussions on natural protection areas. Member of the REECL.
Development of scientific work related to the management of lighting installations and their environmental repercussions.
